Background

In late 2015 a group of highly-skilled individuals noticed manufacturers prematurely ending or reducing support on still used products. That has a decisive impact on the level of service to Customers.

SwitchPoint Solutions Finland was founded to make sure these Customers would still be cared for.

Pricing – Operators these days are all about expenditure. We can help ease the burden because of our efficient organization and low overhead.

We have technical know-how. If you have a problem in your network we are confident to be able to find out the cause and correct it.

We are committed to openness and fair-play in all dealings with our customers. We believe in the old idiom “what goes around comes around.”

We want to know your network. In the beginning of the contract we will send an Expert Engineer to spend time on site, with you, to get to know you, your network the issues you may have, and can assist you in identifying the needs you may have to make more effective use of your network.

We will, as part of the contract, schedule regular visits with you, our Customer, to make sure everything is running as it should.

You will get our Expert Engineers on site. – “No, no sales guys. No Managers” – though they might want to visit at some time.

A set number of visits will be part of the contract, additional visits on a PPI basis.
